A light-diffusing film is provided to improve transmissivity, light diffusivity and brightness to enhance optical efficiency of a back light unit using the light-diffusing film. A light-diffusing film(1) includes a transparent base sheet(2), a light-diffusing layer(3), and a blocking prevention film(4). The light-diffusing layer is formed on one side of the transparent base sheet and includes a light-diffusing resin(5) and light-diffusing grains(7). The blocking prevention film is formed on the other side of the transparent base sheet and includes a blocking prevention resin(6) and blocking prevention grains(8). The light-diffusing resin and the blocking prevention resin are thermally curable resins. |
