A method for preparing a flour micro-capsule containing physiologically active materials is provided to efficiently produce the flour micro-capsule, which is adequate for human body without causing any harm, shows excellent physiological active materials encapsulating efficiency and has a uniform and fine particle size, within short period of time. The method for preparing a flour micro-capsule containing physiologically active materials comprises the steps of: (a) dissolving 1-10 wt.% of sodium bicarbonate in water; (b) dissolving 45-55 wt.% of flour in the aqueous solution obtained from the step(a); (c) dissolving 10-20 wt.% of propylene glycol in the aqueous solution obtained from the step(b); (d) dissolving physiologically active materials in the aqueous solution obtained from the step(c) or adding 0.1-100 wt.% of oil where physiologically active materials are suspended as a core material thereto; and (e) agitating the solution obtained from the step(d) to educe micro-capsule, where the steps(a) and (b) are performed at the same time or in sequence, and the steps(b) and (c) are performed at the same time or in sequence.
