<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a left and right rotation vertical shaft windmill with four-corner control plates capable of contributing to promotion of micro-grid systems and diversification of energy sources without discharging CO2. <P>SOLUTION: Two surface walls effectively use wind power in three directions (270 degrees) by making the two surface walls large wind collecting plates. A control plate inhibits reverse rotation action which is a defect of the windmill. S-shape wind flow is generated in two windward leeward windmills, power generation output is improved by synergistic effect of the windmills. This windmill can cope with any height by piling up a basic unit which is comprised of two left and right rotation windmill and making a design in which columns (4+1) for supporting a bearing and a control plate vertically pass through. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
