<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard disk recorder capable of protecting the profit of a content provider and reducing cost. <P>SOLUTION: During video and audio data recording in a hard disk, encrypted data is created by encryption using a serial number as a key based on a file system to be recorded in the hard disk.
