<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively construct a drain pipe system which does not serve as a passage for the outflow of flames, smoke, toxic gas, etc. to an upper story from a fire causing story on the occurrence of a fire etc. in a building. <P>SOLUTION: This drain pipe comprises a joint part 2 which can be connected to a fire-resistant standpipe joint member 17 arranged through a floor slab 14 in the building in an internal or external fitting relationship, and a pipe body 3 which is elongated from the joint part 2. A thermally-expandable fire-resistant material 5 expandable at a predetermined temperature is provided on the outer or inner peripheral surface of the joint part 2 by being positioned in such a manner as to correspond to an area OL where the joint part 2 and the member 17 overlap each other and which is formed by the engagement of the joint part 2 and the member 17 with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
