PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optical device and an electronic apparatus in which the capability of a power supply is increased in a display region requiring much load current while the capability of the power supply is decreased in a non-display region requiring no load current in a partial display mode by controlling a clock in a charge pump circuit, and thereby, the electric energy power is efficiently supplied. SOLUTION: The electro-optical device includes: a scan line driving circuit which sequentially selects scan lines; a data line driving circuit which supplies display data to a data line when the scan line is selected; a switching element to connect the data line and a pixel when a selection voltage is applied to the scan line; and a power supply circuit including a charge pump circuit in which the power supply capability is controlled by clocks, and generating a plurality of voltage levels to the respective scan line and the data line based on the power supply voltage.
