PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve overall space savings and simplification of piping work for a water heater having a circulation heating circuit 30 with a heating heat exchanger 31 therein and a bath reheating circuit 40 with a bath liquid-liquid heat exchanger 41 therein and provided with a mist device 2 consisting of a mist nozzle 22 and a mist water supply circuit 20 with a mist liquid-liquid heat exchanger 21 therein. SOLUTION: An opening and closing valve 44 for opening and closing the bath reheating circuit 40 is provided. In the bath reheating circuit 40 located downstream of the opening and closing valve, a liquid-liquid heat exchanger (E) for both bath and mist and a selector valve 26 for communicating the liquid-liquid heat exchanger alternatively to the mist nozzle 22 or a bathtub are disposed in that order. The mist water supply circuit 20 is in communication with the mist nozzle 22 from the liquid-liquid heat exchanger (E) via the selector valve 26 after joining a circuit between the opening and closing valve 44 and the liquid-liquid heat exchanger (E). When the mist water supply circuit is in this communication state, the opening and closing valve 44 is closed. To communicate the liquid-liquid heat exchanger (E) with the bathtub, the opening and closing valve 44 is opened. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
