PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance workability by enlarging a working area while ensuring safety by preventing contact of an oncoming vehicle traveling on an adjacent track and a boom. SOLUTION: In the track working vehicle provided with an expandable/contractable boom 11, a center line Y of the boom 11 is offset relative to a center line X of a machine body. The center line Y is crossed to the center line X of the machine body in the maximum turning state and a turning range of an upper turning body 2 is restricted making that a distal end of the boom is not intruded to an advancement forbidden area D previously set to the adjacent track side, i.e., an opposite offset side as a condition.
