PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an index card for controlling information which can project a foldable and wide range tag part in a CD case, and has two kinds of selective directional properties in the inserting direction of a tagged index card. SOLUTION: The tagged index card for controlling the information is provided with a line-pushing line at the central part of the card e of a size enough to store it in a case lid when it is folded into two, in addition, a cutting line from the top part of the line-pushing line so that a tag part (a) is formed to a required position and successively toward the outside of the line-pushing line, and a cutting-out part d which can be connected to a projecting part g for preventing a card provided in an upper lid (b) of the case from jumping out.
