PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air conditioner having an internal heat exchanger capable of enhancing the degree of the versatility of a piping layout in an engine room. SOLUTION: The vehicular air conditioner is provided with a refrigerating cycle 10 having a compressor 11 and a condenser 12 arranged outside a cabin 1, and an expansion valve 14 and an evaporator 15 arranged in the cabin 4. A heat-exchangeable internal heat exchanger 17 is constituted by combining a part P4 of a high-pressure pipe from the condenser 12 to the expansion valve 14 with a part P5 of a low-pressure pipe from the evaporator 15 to the compressor 11, and the internal heat exchanger 17 is arranged in the cabin 5.
