PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a brush which can be easily produced, has a strong structure of the brush, and can be easily regenerated by using a synthetic resin fiber and a synthetic resin channel. SOLUTION: In a production method of the brush according to the present invention, the synthetic resin fiber for the brush is arranged in every needed amount and sent to a fusing processing section by every predetermined amount, the root portion of the fiber is inserted into the open side of the separately supplied synthetic resin channel fusing or not fusing the root portion of the arranged fiber, thereafter the root portion is heated and compressed from the outside of the synthetic resin channel, thereby the root portion and the channel are secured each other to form a brush material, a linear brush material, a spiral brush material, or an annular brush material is formed using the brush material, and thereafter the brush material is secured to a shaft.
