PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal device by which a user manages integrally an address book (phone book) and setting for rejecting or permitting email reception. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal device is provided with a reception part for receiving an incoming email notification by an SMS (short message service) before receiving the email text when email is received, a control part for determining the reception propriety by comparing an email address of an email sender included in the incoming email notification with a registered email address registered in a memory in advance, and a transmission part for transmitting a reception permission notification or reception rejection notification respectively when the sender email address matches/does not match the registered email address.
