PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pole receiver having a simple structure and readily changed in attitude of a pole-receiving arm between vertical attitude and upward inclination or horizontal attitude. SOLUTION: The pole receiver is composed of a base member 2 and a pole-receiving arm fixed to the base member 2, the pole-receiving arm has a guide groove 6, hook member 7, and a locking pin 8 in the longitudinal direction, and a guide portion 23 for vertically moving the pole-receiving arm in a vertical attitude is provided between vertical walls of the base member 2. The inside space between vertical walls 15 of the base member 2 is provided with an inclination attitude-restricting portion for engaging/disengaging the hook member 7 of the pole-receiving arm to a hook-locking shaft 26 and holding the pole-receiving arm in an upward inclined attitude by means of an arcuate groove 32 removably fitted with the locking pin 8, and a horizontal attitude-restricting positioned on the inner end side of the arcuate groove 32 and holding the pole-receiving arm in a horizontal attitude by receiving the locking pin 8 of the pole-receiving arm having the hook member 7 locked to the hook-locking shaft 26 at a raised position.
