PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the sound quality in use of an integrated type cutter, to enable a desired sound of a favorable using feeling to be easily generated, and to increase the durability by dispersing a stress which is applied to a small blade. SOLUTION: A large number of arch-like blade edges 16 are formed integrally with a side edge section 28. This cutter 12 for a reciprocating type electric razor reciprocates while bringing the blade edges 16 into slide-contact with the internal surface of an arch-like foil 10. In the cutter 12, the ends of two adjacent blade edges 16 are gathered, and the gathered section A is further connected with the side edge section 28 through a connecting section 26.
