PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain-receiving container which is excellent in attachability to combine harvesters having various different specifications and can more increase the receiving quantity of grains than those of existing bags, and to provide a grain transfer apparatus using the grain-receiving container. SOLUTION: This grain-receiving container for the combine harvester is characterized by comprising a deformable bag body, a ring body for attaching the opening portion of the bag body, and a grain-discharging portion connected to the bottom back side of the bag body, wherein the opening portion width dimension of the ring body can be slid and adjusted; the width dimension of the grain-discharging portion is set to be less than the bottom width of the bag body; and the ring body is connected to the grain-discharging portion with a vertical frame.
