The invention relates to a method and a device for establishing a packet data connection in a mobile telecommunications network. According to said method, a message containing several parameters for activating a packet data connection is transmitted by a telecommunications terminal to a first network node of the communications network. According to the invention, at least one parameter of the message is analysed and/or modified in the first network node and the modified message is transmitted to at least one second network node. |
