An information processing system and a program thereof are provided to offer new manipulation for the information processing device equipped with an input device, which detects a position or a direction of the input device by using an obtained image, used by being held in a hand of a user. A display controller displays a window to a display device. The first calculator calculates a coordinate set of two points in an object image included in the image obtained by an imaging device(40). The second calculator calculates 2D(Dimensional) vector connecting the coordinate set of two points. The first moving part obtains a rotation quantity based on a calculated value of the 2D vector and the previously calculated 2D vector, and scrolls contents of the window depending on the rotation quantity. |
