A reinforcing bar coupling device through screw-type sleeves is provided to secure the interval of a reinforcing bar of a connection part and improve the stability of a concrete structure by installing the sleeve and the hanging protrusion of the combining socket and narrowing the diameter of the coupling device. A reinforcing bar coupling device through screw-type sleeves is composed of one sleeve(2) formed with a female screw part(31) on the inner surface and formed with a male screw part(23) on the outer surface, another sleeve(2a) formed with a female screw part on the inner surface and formed with a first hanging protrusion(26) whose one end has a horizontal surface vertically placed for the center shaft line to the shaft direction, a combining socket(3) formed with a female screw part screw-combined with the male screw part of one sleeve and formed with a hanging protrusion(32) projected to the circle center direction on the inner surface of one end, and reinforcing bars(1,1a) formed with the male screw parts at the end to be screw-combined at the female screw parts of the two sleeves. A taper projection part(24) is projected like a taper shape, and a taper recessed groove part(25) has a recessed groove like a funnel.
