Chopsticks with embedded toothpicks are provided to remove inconvenience that users look for a separate toothpick after meal and buy an extra pack of the toothpick pack from a merchant. The chopsticks with embedded toothpicks include a main body comprising two identical sticks with the same length, and one toothpick(200,400) embedded in at least one stick of the sticks body. One or more toothpick is embedded in the chopsticks. The whole structure of the toothpick is carved out and formed in a hollow shape. The toothpick is carved out on the upper surface of the chopstick body in a certain size.
