<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control device capable of preventing a section on the upstream side of catalyst from being blocked by deposit and achieving action for purifying exhaust gas effectively. <P>SOLUTION: This exhaust emission control device is provided with a purifying part X1 having the catalyst, a casing X2 for storing the purifying part X1, and a deposit removing member X3 arranged in a space XS formed by the most upstream side face part X1a in the purifying part X1 and the casing X2.
