<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell achieving miniaturization while maintaining surface pressure to a unit cell to be uniform and a motorcycle equipped with the fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell 51 has a terminal plate body 82a surrounded by a mold 82b in other portions than a surface facing the unit cell 81.
