<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcast material editing apparatus for easily performing a process of a broadcast material signal from edition until broadcasting within a short period of time, and for reducing significantly a load to an operator. <P>SOLUTION: In a terminal device 19, a VTR 12 is connected to a first input channel of a matrix switcher 11, a DVD recorder 13 is connected to a second input channel, sound material sending devices 14, 15 are connected to a third and a forth channels, and a video/sound synthesizer 16 is connected to an output channel. The device is designed to perform sending control of the VTR 12, the DVD recorder 13, and the sound material sending devices 14, 15, to synthesize arbitrary video materials with arbitrary sound materials on the video/sound synthesizer 16 by performing switching control of matrix switcher 11 after synchronizing each input timing relating to the matrix switcher 11, and to record to a video server 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
