<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems, in an apparatus for manufacturing a resin-based modifier by burning a part of a synthetic resin waste material in an oxygen-deficient state on a rooster arranged at a lower part of a heat chamber to cause a part of the rest of the synthetic resin waste material to melt or pyrolyze by the combustion heat to obtain the resin-based modifier, that combustion of the raw materials is discontinued because combustion residue accumulates on the rooster with the lapse of combustion time and the raw material is buried in the combustion residue, that the formed wax-like melt mixes with the combustion residue to cause deterioration in qualities of the resin-based modifier and that the formed wax-like melt is absorbed in the combustion residue or absorbed and further disappears. <P>SOLUTION: The rooster is constituted of a conical rooster having many perforations formed on the conical surface thereof. Thus, synthetic resin waste material arranged on the rooster hardly lies down thereon and gaps among the synthetic resin waste materials are widen to hardly hinder combustion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
