<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily recognize whether double charging is corrected. <P>SOLUTION: A history of charge collection result data is read (S100) from a memory 11a of an ETC part 11 for storing toll collection result data, indicating the result of toll collection, received from communication equipment 2 for the toll collection arranged in a toll gate; and it is determined whether toll collection result data presumed to be double charging are included in the history of the toll collection result data (S106).
