<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic attachment capable of obtaining high magnetic attraction force even thinned; and also to provide a retaining device and correction device using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The retaining device and correction device have a permanent magnet 3, a cup-like yoke 2 made of a corrosion resistant soft magnetic material for storing the permanent magnet 3, and a seal member 4 fixed to the opening side of the cup-like yoke 2. The seal member 4 comprises a board-like yoke 41 made of the corrosion resistant soft magnetic material and a seal ring 42 made of a corrosion resistant nonmagnetic material bonded to the outer periphery of the board-like yoke 41. An inverse tapered part 22 inclined in relation to the outer peripheral face is disposed in the neighborhood of the opening of the cup-like yoke 2. The retaining device and correction device have the magnetic attachments 1 having the side wall of fixed thickness in the radial direction, maintenance rings disposed on the side face of the magnetic attachment 1, a wire passing through respective maintenance rings, keepers fixed to respective teeth for loading respective magnetic attachments 1, and fixing rings fixed on both side parts of the maintenance rings on the wire. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
