摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a green laser device where an optical resonator for wave length-converting an infrared laser beam into a green laser beam is arranged at the front part of the laser element of an infrared semiconductor laser installed in a module case, and for accurately setting the positioning of the optical resonator in backward and forward directions, the positioning of the optical resonator matched with a center line and the positioning of the optical resonator in the direction of rotation with the center line as an axis. SOLUTION: The forward and backward positioning of an optical resonator in the module case of an optical resonator holder for holding the optical resonator at the center by using a spacer part formed in a module case is performed, and an infrared semiconductor laser is fixed to the rear end of the module case by using the notch of a stem, and the optical resonator holder is fixed in the module case so that the vertical/horizontal directions of the incident face of the optical resonator can be matched with the direction of the elliptic pattern of the infrared laser beam outgoing from the laser element by using the direction in which the notch is formed as a reference.
