PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load of interrupt processing in a processing device. SOLUTION: The present invention comprises: a peripheral device for outputting interrupt request signals with n (n is an integer 2 or more) of them being synchronized with each other, and where kth (k is a natural number n or less) of the n signals has a cycle being 2<SP>k-1</SP>times the predetermined cycle T; a processing device for executing the predetermined interrupt processing when the interrupt request signals are inputted; a gate device which is disposed between the peripheral device and the processing device, and passes/cuts off the interrupt request signals other than the interrupt request signal of the longest cycle; and a gate control device for controlling the gate device so as to cut off the interrupt request signals other than the interrupt request signal of the longest cycle among the outputted interrupt request signals when a plurality of the peripheral devices output interrupt request signals simultaneously.
