PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shift bit numbers of digital signals in a random order by a switching circuit. SOLUTION: The switching circuit SWC sequentially shifts bit numbers of digital input signals IN in response to selection signals SEL, and outputs them as digital output signals OUT. A switch control circuit SCNT receives shift signals SFT which change into random values, generates next bit numbers by performing calculations of values indicated by the bit numbers and the shift signals SFT and sequentially outputs the generated bit numbers as selection signals SEL. Since random bit numbers are generated by the switch control circuit SCNT, the switch circuit SWC can shift the bit numbers of the digital input signals IN in an irregular and random order, and can output them as the digital output signals OUT. Accuracy of D/A conversion can be improved by supplying the digital output signals OUT to a D/A conversion part DAP. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
