PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable optical path adjustment with high accuracy for freely using either rough or fine adjustment as necessary. SOLUTION: In the optical path adjusting apparatus, an optical wedge revolving member 19 connected successively to an adjusting member 25 with a groove 25a prepared in the upper face, holds a deflection plate 21, wherein a revolving shaft planted on the reverse side of a substrate 31 is inserted into a revolving shaft-inserting hole 22, so that the plate is held freely turnably in a plane parallel to the substrate face. The substrate 31 has two adjusting holes 32 opened, and a knob 24 having an eccentric pin 24a planted at the tip end is inserted. The deflection plate 21 is rotated by the rotation of the knob 24.
