PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring force adjusting device for returning springs of an opening/closing device, which can individually adjust spring force of each of the plurality of returning springs for use in rotating a winding body. SOLUTION: The winding body 4 for winding-in/out a shutter curtain 1 as the opening/closing body, based on the returning spring force stored in a plurality of spiral springs 26 as the returning springs, is comprised of a center shaft 20, a plurality of rotary bodies 22, and a plurality of core members 27. Each rotary body 22 is arranged on the periphery of the center shaft 20 for each spiral spring 26, and has one end of the spiral spring 26 engaged therewith. Each core member 27 is arranged on the periphery of the center shaft for each spiral spring 26, and has the other end of the spiral spring 26 engaged therewith. Further the core member 27 has a notch 41 formed therein as an engaged portion with/from which an engaging portion formed on a winding operating member 100 as a rotation operating member for rotating the corresponding spiral spring 26, is engageable/disengageable.
