PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a door panel with a casing structure, which dispenses with coating processing etc. for a bottom part of a joint, facilitates manufacturing work, also dispenses with a skilled worker, is excellent in finish and appearance, and prevents an excess adhesive from overflowing from a joint between a core material and a surface decorative laminate, and a joint between a stile/rail and a casing, when a joint groove is formed between the stile/rail and the casing. SOLUTION: In this door panel with the casing structure, an upside protrusion, which is composed of a notched step part from a backside, is formed on the casing-side end surface of the surface decorative laminate of the stile/rail and the the rail-side end surface of the surface decorative laminate of the stile; a downside protrusion, which is composed of a notched step part from a front side, is formed on the casing and the stile/rail-side end surface of the rail; a leading end of the downside protrusion is inserted into a fitting recess which is formed of the upside protrusion and the core material; the upside and downside protrusions are mutually fitted together in a shiplap method; and a recessed groove, which is formed by a difference in length dimension between the upside and downside protrusive parts, is formed in a place, where the upside and downside protrusions are fitted together, along the whole outer periphery of the casing throughout the length of the stile.
