PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate mounting device for a game machine where operability is improved by preventing an already wired harness from falling out etc. from the casing of the game machine in the case of installing the game machine at an island structure. SOLUTION: The substrate mounting device 100 for mounting an external concentrated terminal board 25 into the game machine is provided with: a mounting part 101 for mounting the substrate; and an end rail part 102 where a temporarily fixing part for holding the harness CBL for communicating with an external device is formed and which is arranged opposing to the substrate.
