PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual detachment/attachment device of a medical connector which suppresses the enlargement of the device by especially adapting the moving mode of a holder retaining the connector or a connector cap. SOLUTION: This manual detachment/attachment device is provided with a cap separation means separating a first connector from a first connector cap 3 and a second connector 2 from a second connector cap 4 in a first operation area S1 of a main disk 50, a holder rotating means rotating the first connector cap 3 and the second connector 2 disposed in parallel are rotated around a prescribed axis in a second operation area S2 continuing to the first operation area S1 and moving the first connector 1/the second connector 2 and the first connector cap 3/the second connector cap 4 to face each other, respectively, and a connector connecting means connecting the first connector and the second connector 2 to the first connector cap 3 and the second connector cap 4, respectively, in a third operation area S3 continuing to the second operation area S2.
