A chip verifying and testing module and a connecting device for the same are provided to test a chip with disposing the chip in the module and to easily connect the chip verifying and testing module with the inside of a computer by installing the chip verifying and testing module on the front side of the computer body. A chip verifying and testing module includes a first target board(41) having first connectors(43) and an interface board(60) comprising second connectors(44) coupled to the first connectors of the first target board, third connectors(45) coupled with a computer, and an interface unit connected between the second and third connectors to interface signals transmitted among the second and third connectors. The target board has a chip(47) coupled with the first connectors.
