A method for setting up a caller force communication call is provided to connect a call to a called terminal, which wants communication, most preferentially by enabling a calling terminal to compulsorily connect a call with the called terminal without communication approval of the called terminal. A called terminal previously sets phone numbers for force communication and registers them in a force communication call server(S1). In case the called terminal is in the middle of telephone conversation with an arbitrary terminal, a calling terminal, which tries to make a call to the called terminal, sends a force communication request signal to a force communication call server(S2). The force communication call server executes authentication procedures for the calling terminal, provides phone number of the called terminal, contained in the force communication request signal, to an HLR, and receives location information of the called terminal from the HLR(S3,S3'). Then, the force communication call server, receiving information of the called terminal and information of the called-side exchange from the HLR, transmits a force communication control signal to the called-side exchange in order to announce force communication and to instruct the called-side exchange to release connection with the arbitrary terminal(S4). |
