A scooter is provided for beginners or children by easily operating the scooter and to exercise by using a handle, two feet and the entire body of a rider. A scooter includes a platform section(100) rotated by a handle. The scooter includes a foot plate(200) operated by the platform section and a resilient connection element. The handle is connected and fixed to one side of the upper end of the platform section. Directional casters are provided in the platform section and the foot plate. Distortion and right and left restoring force are simultaneously generated by an articulation resilient body(20) using the center movement of the body and the feet. A resilient body is fixed between the platform section and the foot plate. At least one directional caster or a fixed caster is provided on the front and rear sides of the platform section.
