摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device of an electrocatalyst layer for a fuel cell which has at least the same level of ventilation in comparison with one by air-drying and which can be manufactured in a short time, and provide a manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: This manufacturing device is provided with an application means of applying a paste 10 containing at least a solvent and a binder to a base material containing a carbon fiber 12 and molded in a sheet state, and a heat generating means of generating heat in the carbon fiber. The heat generating means may be a direct heat generating means to generate heat in contact with the base material, and may be an indirect heat generating means to generate heat without contacting with the base material.
