<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric ceramic composition capable of being fired at a low temperature, and an electronic component produced using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The dielectric ceramic composition is obtained by adding, against 100 mass parts of a (BaNdSm)TiO<SB>3</SB>-based ceramic composition, 6-15 pts.mass Bi<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, 1-5 pts.mass SiO<SB>2</SB>, 1-5 pts.mass ZnO, 0-3 pts.mass MgO, and 0.2-5 pts.mass B<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>(wherein 0.2-5 pts.mass B<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>may be substituted by 0.08-2.0 pts.mass Li<SB>2</SB>O), and the electronic component is produced using the same. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
