<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce down time for an apparatus by preparing a guidance screen in an actual machine by a user or a servicing person with respect to an error processing being the servicing person call due to an error failure or a failure in cleaning or the like, and displaying the guidance screen when the same error occurs next time. <P>SOLUTION: The opening/closing positions such as each drawer or a door in the image processing apparatus is provided with: a means to install a sensor to detect opening/closing state; a means to install a sensor to detect an attached state of a part such as a screw, a knob or a button in the image processing apparatus; and a means to install a sensor to detect the state of soiling in each part. Besides, the apparatus is composed of: a means to provide a guidance creating mode; a means to provide the opening/closing state of each part of the apparatus in the bit map image; and a means to add a comment; and also a means to display the opening/closing state detected by the sensor or the attached state and a bit map screen matched with the state on a display screen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
