<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead wire for a solar cell wherein warpage or breakage of a cell after soldering can be prevented and its conductivity is not failed without breaking even if a repetitive stress is given to it. <P>SOLUTION: The lead wire for a solar cell is comprised of a tape-like main body made of a metallic material, a plurality of round or elliptical through-holes 18 which are made at specified spacing along the lengthwise direction of the main body 16, and a solder plating layer 20 provided on the surface of the main body 16. Thus, the contraction of the entire lead wire can be prevented when it is cooled, and, when it is elongated/contracted after repetitive thermal history is given, it can be prevented from being broken because of concentrated stress in one pint thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
