摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for producing a power on reset signal substantially irrelevant to temperature variations. <P>SOLUTION: A reset circuit comprises a voltage generator, a first resistance element, a current generator, and a comparator. The voltage generator produces a first voltage signal having a negative temperature coefficient. The first resistance element is connected between a supplied voltage and a second voltage signal. The current generator is connected to the second voltage signal, and configured so as to sink an offset current and a reference current having a positive temperature coefficient. The comparator is configured so as to produce a reset signal by comparing the first voltage signal and the second voltage signal.
