PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a digital camera capable of shortening a photographing interval in continuous photographing without increasing cost, and to obtain an image quality correction method. SOLUTION: A CPU 40 allows an external memory 52 to previously store image information which is acquired by photographing in the continuous photographing, in connection with parameter information which indicates a predetermined parameter concerning image quality correction, reads the image information and the parameter information from the external memory 52 at a predetermined timing after the completion of the continuous photographing, and performs image quality correction in the image information with the use of the parameter information.
