PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one side metal clad laminated sheet free from curling or warpage and capable of being manufactured in a good yield, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The one side metal clad laminated sheet is constituted by providing an adhesive film, which has an adhesive layer containing a thermoplastic polyimide formed thereon, a metal layer (e.g., copper foil) and a heat-resistant resin backing layer, which contains a heat-resistant resin such as a polyimide or the like, on each of both surfaces of a heat-resistant core layer. The metal layer is laminated only on one side of either one of the adhesive layers and the heat-resistant resin backing layers is laminated on the other sides of the adhesive layers. A flexible printed wiring board free from curling or warpage can be efficiently manufactured using this one side metal clad laminated sheet. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
