<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump type water heater and a control device used for this heat pump type water heater, capable of preventing the occurrence of insufficiency of a calorific value in a hot water storage tank when supplying the calorific value in a bathtub. <P>SOLUTION: This heat pump type water heater is constituted so that a control device 100 determines whether or not a heat accumulating quantity in the hot water storage tank 1 reduces by a predetermined quantity or more in a predetermined time on the basis of temperature information from a thermistor 33 when there is indication for filling hot water in the bathtub from a control board 100. When the heat accumulating quantity is reduced by the predetermined quantity or more in the predetermined time, operation of a heat pump device 2 is performed by determining as hut water outlet requiring a relatively large quantity of calorific value. Thus, even when the hot water storage tank 1 is miniaturized, the occurrence of a hot water shortage in the hot water storage tank 1 can be surely avoided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
