<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exhibit excellent moistureproof properties and the surfactant resistance and to prevent stain of a surfactant, in a packaging container for powdery detergent, which uses moisture-proof paper (having disintegrating nature in water) recyclable as a waste paper. <P>SOLUTION: The packaging container for powdery detergent is formed from a laminated paper having a moistureproof layer, and a first surfactant resistance layer containing a white pigment and a water-soluble resin is formed inside of the moistureproof layer. The white pigment is a titanium oxide. The moisture-proof layer is formed from a flat pigment and a synthetic resin.
