<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitative analyzing method which enables the quantitative analyzation of the gas component contained in a fluorine gas simply and precisely, and an analyzer capable of simply performing quantitative analysis of the gas component in the fluorine gas. <P>SOLUTION: After the fluorine gas containing another gas component reacts with a bromide to yield bromine, the yield bromine is removed and the residual gas clear of bromine is quantitatively analyzed by a gas chromatograph method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
