PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed structure of a machine tool which is further improved in working accuracy by further increasing the rigidity of a bed. SOLUTION: In the bed 10, a fluid groove 16 allowing a fluid to flow is formed to cross from one side 10R to the opposite site 10L, and the fluid groove is formed to have an opening part 16R (16L) at least either on one side or on the other opposite side. A reinforcement member 30 is provided to stretch over the fluid groove in the width direction. The reinforcement member is provided at least either on one side or on the other opposite side where the opening is formed. On the bed adjacent to the opening part provided with the reinforcement member, a predetermined member is placed to overhang from the bed to the side surface provided with the opening part, and the reinforcement member is extended in the direction of the predetermined member to support the predetermined member from below.
