PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate magnetic reaction force at a secondary coil by energizing a primary coil, and move the secondary coil in a separating/approximating the direction from/to the primary coil. SOLUTION: This actuator is provided with the primary coil 14 of which both edges are connected to the power supply and the secondary coil 15, which connects both edges of a superconducting line to close the circuit. The primary coil 14 and the secondary coil 15 are disposed so as to face the edge parts in the axial direction with each other, the secondary coil 15 is disposed so as to be moved relative to the primary coil 14, flux F2, which reacts to flux F1 generated at the primary coil 14 by exciting the primary coil 14, is generated at the secondary coil 15, and the secondary coil 15 is moved in a direction of separating from the primary coil 14, along the axial line.
