PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose a method of matching dynamic elements, and a multi-bit data converter. SOLUTION: A method of matching dynamic elements includes the steps of: sequentially selecting at least one or more first unit elements corresponding to digital data inputted from the outside among M unit elements in a first direction, the M unit elements being for converting the digital data to an analog signal; checking whether a reference unit element is selected as a result of the selection; checking a value of a LSB of the digital data when the reference unit element is selected as a result of the check; sequentially selecting second unit elements corresponding to digital data inputted subsequently in a second direction opposite to the first direction when the value of the LSB is a first value; and sequentially selecting the second unit elements corresponding to digital data inputted subsequently in the first direction when the value of the LSB of the first digital data is a second value. Therefore, adaptiveness of an input signal is provided through a simple algorithm and the present invention is an enhanced data weight averaging algorithm for sequentially selecting unit elements in a pseudo random manner.
