PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire maintenance management tool capable of quickly measuring the tread depth or air pressure of a tire of an automobile and immediately determining the state. SOLUTION: An electric circuit having a power supply is built in a measurement instrument body 1. The protrusion length of a measurement piece 4 is clearly indicated on an indication means, and acts on a detection part 11 provided to the electric circuit with boundary of a prescribed wear limit, and the wearing state of the tire is perceived by lighting on/off of an indicator lamp 10 and/or sounding of a buzzer, as one of the detection part 11, interlocking with the protruded state of the measurement piece 4 via the detection part 11. The indication means is composed of digital indication and/or scale indication of mechanical indication. Besides, an air pressure measurement part 12 for tire composed of the digital indication in which the indication means is accompanied by a switch 3 for switching is added.
